Wisp Tutu dress for Blythe

The Wisp tutu is silk chiffon with a metallic sheen (bodice) and soft tulle ruffles. It is fully lined with cotton organdy (bodice) and silk charmeuse.. The bodice features antique lace and delicate soft tulle flutter sleeves. 
Seed bead decorative buttons embellish the lace panel, and at the bottom sits a fixed swag of crystal cut glass beads in alternating shades.
Finished with silk bows.

Aged to appear well loved.
